After Colorado, we still had two weeks left in July. Although I was sick and Bryon was working, we still managed to fit in a lot of fun adventures on the weekends and in the evenings.

| The highlight for sure was a visit from my brother and sister-in-law and their three kids. The kids all slept in a tent in our backyard and Kai was in heaven being surrounded by some of his favourite people! |

| We all went for a hike up Oneonta Gorge, which was incredibly beautiful but a little bit tough for a three year old. There was a huge log jam to climb over as well as a deep pool to wade/swim through in order to reach the falls. But, thanks to Bryon's shoulders Kai was able to make it the whole way. |
