June 2016

June was jam-packed full of fun activities and trips.  I'm going to leave Anders' birthday photos and our trip to Canada for different posts.

Here's what we were up to for the rest of the month...

A trip to Wichita to visit Uncle Seth, Auntie Lisa and Daniel.

Kai's first season of t-ball.  I didn't have very high expectations, but it turned out to be pretty fun!

Kai kept a journal over the summer.  This is one of my favourite entries.  He has no filter, he says it like it is, and he has a lot of love :)

Another birthday party.

Kai was so scared when he first got up on the ropes' course, but he was so brave and ended up loving it. We always remind him that being brave doesn't mean that you are never scared; instead it means that you still do things even though you're scared of them.
