September meant that among other things, Kai started at his new preschool, Bryon turned 32, we celebrated 8 years of marriage(!), and my parents came to visit. Fun month!

| Bryon's Aunt Sherryn sent us a bunch of produce from her garden in Nebraska...beans, tomatoes, apples, peppers, pumpkins and of course zucchini! All of that food kept us busy preserving for several days. |

| This fall we started the tradition of having Family Nights on Monday evenings. We take turns choosing the activity for the evening, with the only limit being that it has to be free. Kai's first chosen activity was putting together our American and world map puzzles and placing his dinosaurs in the states/countries where their fossils have been discovered. Creative as always :) |
