April 2015 - Part 1

Oh my, I still haven't posted about April, and here it is June 2.  Wayyy behind as usual, but here we go!
April was full of crazy munchkins, family adventures, a bit more sickness, Easter and a visit from my brother so tonight we'll just take a look at the first half of the month.

Ahh, the life of a younger sibling - always wanting what your older sibling has.  If you're lucky though, your older sibling just might share :)

Attempting to make our back hedge slightly less hornet-friendly so we don't get stung every time we mow our grass.

Easter

More egg-hunting at Papa and Gramma's after church.

It's so fun to watch Kai be the leader on days when I'm the parent helper at preschool.  Here he is planting seeds.

Silly boys made this the background on my phone :)

An evening of frisbee golf.

Bryon was living the dream, having Kai intently watch March Madness with him.

Meeting friends at the store and getting to shop together is way more fun than just shopping with mom. :)

Preschool field trip to Centennial Village.

Learning to play some old-fashioned games.

Poor Anders...another fever.

Bryon told me that before we had kids he expected this to be how our kids would sit with him all the time...ha!

Oh my.

Snowball fight at Bear Lake.

In his element, climbing rocks and exploring.

When did he get so big?!

Playing the piano at Gramma's house.

His very own home-grown Chia Pet.

This guy makes waking up at 6:30 worth it.

Sometimes Bryon likes to dress the kids up to mimic current sporting events.
Crazy hair boy!

The Denver Museum of Science and Nature where Gramma and Papa got us a family membership.  Guess what Kai's favorite exhibit was? ;)

Diagramming in his fossil journal.

Shopping is always a good time with these two, and shockingly we haven't yet broken anything or knocked anyone over yet.
