Minnesota

It was my friend Jenn's 30th birthday on May 22nd, and in honour of the special occasion I decided to put some of our airmiles to good use and fly to Minnesota to surprise her.  I also decided that Kai probably wouldn't enjoy the longggg trip on my lap too well, so Gramma Sue flew up for the week to look after him and Bryon.  It was hard leaving him for a full five days since I'd never even been away from him for a full day before.  But, I had a wonderful time away complete with lots of girl time, shopping, sushi, and walks and Gramma and the boys had a great time here too.

Jenn and Maggie Joli (recognize the name??!  I am so honoured.)  I'm so glad I got to spend a whole 5 days with these two beautiful girls.

And, I got to see KrisAnn too!  She was my dorm neighbour for two years at TWU.

These girls are beautiful and inspiring.  Too bad I live so far away from them :(

I loved all of the time I got to spend with Maggie.

She is adorable, fun, easy-going and she loves to cuddle!  I made sure I got my fair share :)

On my last evening in Minnesota we had dinner with Dan, Karen, Danika and Sienna (Bryon's aunt, uncle and cousins).  What a sweet family.
