Happenings

It's been a while since I've posted and a lot has been going on.  But, most importantly, have I mentioned that we love having Bryon home more these days since tax season is over?  The past month and a half has been wonderful with our daddy/husband around.  We've been busy working on lots of projects, and having lots of fun playing too.  Bryon did go on a little trip to St. Louis a couple of weeks ago though, for his friend Luke's wedding.  He had a great time, and we had a fun time here too, although we missed him a lot, (Kai missed him so much that he decided to push through two new molars,which equals very cranky baby) and we were therefore very thankful when he returned home!

Our old blinds, left to us by the previous owner, were very functional, but sadly dark and ugly.

Oh how I love bed-head!

Bryon and I got to go on a date a couple of weeks ago, and besides taking ridiculous photos of ourselves, we had a lovely dinner by the river and were blessed by our realtors who secretly footed our bill!

"Lost in the 50s" is an annual Sandpoint festival, starting with a parade on Friday night.  Kai, with his current obsession with cars, was enthralled!

More projects...our wall of frames in progress. 

We've only gotten as far as hanging the frames on the wall, and being our indecisive selves, we're still working on picking out artwork/photos for all of the frames.  Could be a while!

The highlight of the day though was "Linus".  Kai even got stuck in this railing while trying to climb out to see Linus during lunch :)

Favourite activity these days = cars and trucks.
